Giovanni D'Alessio is a Lead Statistician at the World Bank’s Center for Development Data (C4D2), where he coordinates the work of researchers developing the Guidelines for Measuring Wealth in Household Surveys in Low- and Middle-Income Countries. 

João Falcão Silva is an economist in the World Bank's Development Data Group, where he currently leads the update of the World Bank’s Debtor Reporting System Manual and reporting templates, as well as spearheading the compilation of external debt statistics.
